Return & Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

  • The wrong product was delivered, or
  • The product arrived damaged.

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.

COD Orders
  • COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction from future purchases.
